The H11N3 is a 6-pin dip high speed logic optocoupler. The H11N3 has a high speed integrated circuit detector optically coupled to an AlGaAs infrared emitting diode. The H11N3 incorporates a Schmitt trigger, which provides hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse s haping. The H11N3 is optimized for simplicity of operation and utilizes an open collector output for maximum application flexibility. Applications are (1)Logic to logic isolator; (2)Programmable current level sensor; (3)Line receiver—eliminate noise and transient problems; (4)A.C. to TTL conversion—square wave shaping; (5)Interfaces computers with peripherals; (6)Isolated power MOS driver for power supplies.
